For schools we are able to offer a range of support services, depending on your requirements. You can call us out at an hourly rate, we can work remotely at an hourly rate (where possible) or you can take out a support contract. This will give you a set number of hours per day, per week or per month for an engineer to visit and perform any maintenance tasks required.
Our support team deal with all Microsoft Windows platforms, Microsoft server applications and Microsoft Office applications as well as RM CC3/CC4 and Ranger networks on a daily basis.
Any hardware repairs that cannot be completed on site can be taken back to one of our workshops.
All our staff members are CRB checked upon commencing employment with A2Z Computing and ID badges are worn whenever on site.
We offer training on a wide variety of subjects, please get in contact with us to discuss your exact requirements. We work with you, at your own pace to ensure that you understand all the material that is being covered.
Collection and Disposal
A2Z Computing do not sell second hand equipment; all equipment is either recycled or given to charities that donate the equipment to countries such as Africa.
