For businesses we are able to offer a range of support services, depending on your requirements. You can call us out at fixed rate, we can work remotely at a fixed rate (where possible), even take support without contract or you can take out a support contract. This will give you a set number of hours per day, per week or per month for an engineer to visit and perform any maintenance tasks required.
Our support team deal with all Microsoft Windows platforms, Microsoft server applications and Microsoft Office applications on a daily basis.
Any hardware repairs that cannot be completed on site can be taken back to one of our workshops.
Whether you have 1 computer or 500 computers, every business requires protection. We rely on our computer systems heavily and all the information stored on our system proves invaluable. As the saying goes ‘you never know what you have until it’s gone’.
With Eagleye 24/7 we can help stop those nightmares becoming real; Eagleye 24/7 actively monitors your computer and network system, giving regular 15 minute updates on the status of the system and any errors that are occurring. By logging in remotely we can be proactive and effectively resolve those errors before it affects the day to day running of your business. We fix 95% of problems remotely so you don’t have to wait for an engineer to be called out.
Please look at the hierarchical table below indicating what services are provided in each package:
1 Out of hours e-mail support comes at an additional cost. However, with the selected packages, a discount can be offered for these services.
2 The quarterly on-site visits can be altered to monthly or fortnightly for an amended cost.
3 The business working hours are 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays. The unlimited packages allow for support as and when necessary.
The limited packages allow for support for an allotted number of hours per month. These hours will be negotiated within the support contract.
4 Although environmental monitoring is included, the hardware needs to be purchase separately.
5 The system and business reviews will occur every six months to analyse where your company is and where it would like to be.
6 Although website support and advice is included, it does not include any alterations to the website or code of the website. It is advice on why you are experiencing an error and what you can do to resolve the problem. Any extra support may come at an additional cost.
7 Discounted costs on hosting and e-mail packages with A2Z Computing.
8 The alerting system will detect hacker attempts, any unauthorised access and whether the website services ‘goes down’.
