Leasedline Issue ()
We are currently aware of an issue affecting some customers that have leased lines from us using Virgin Media as the Supplier. Virgin Media are experiencing Power Issues within their Core Network and engineers are currently investigating. We will provide an update when we have something new from Virgin Media.

The work will involve diversions and network upgrades to fibre network. All traffic will reroute over alternate paths during the maintenance which may lead to increased latency.
Birmingham IPStream Connect Users ()
We are aware of an issue that is affecting our DSL customers that route through our Birmingham IPStream Connect nodes. We are investigating the reasons for this problem and engineers will rectify as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience that this will be causing.
