	Will my data be safe? Yes, your data will be encrypted before being transferred over the internet, and even we will not be able to view it without the password.
	How do I restore my data? You can either download individual files via the user interface or if you have several gigabytes to restore we can put it onto DVD for you.
	Will I need to configure my firewall to use the software? You may need to allow outbound connections for TCP port 308. Consult your firewall manual for information on how to do this.
