	What is the minimum subscription term? All hosting packages are subject to a 12 month term, payable in advance.
	What CRM software do you use? All of our packages are for hosting Sugar CRM, the popular open source package.
	How do I access my CRM system? As long as you have a web browser and an Internet connection you can access it from anywhere (via http://crm.yourdomain.com), as it is all web based and requires no software to be installed on your computer.
