Almost everybody has Internet access at home for web browsing, email and games. We offer a variety of packages to suit various needs from the high end users to those who only use email.
Our business packages meet the needs of business customers requiring generous monthly allowances ranging from 15GB to 180GB, traffic prioritisation and business friendly allowance times.
What will the download and upload speeds be? As our packages are rate adaptive the connection speed will be the maximum available. Download speeds can be up to 24Mbps while upload speeds can be up to 1Mbps.
Do I receive a static IP address? Yes, one. More are available on request.
What is the minimum contract term? All broadband services are provided with a minimum term of 12 months.
Are there any data transfer limits? All packages have transfer limits during peak times. The number in each package name reflects the number of gigabytes you are able to download each month.
During what hours will my download allowance be applied? The monthly allowance for Family packages is consumed between 08:00 and 00:00 Monday to Friday. The monthly allowance for Business packages is consumed between 08:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday. Bandwidth usage outside the times is uncharged.
What happens if I exceed my monthly bandwidth allowance? Upon consumption of the monthly allowance the connection will be rate limited to 128Kbps with an additional 1GB. Upon consumption of the additional 1GB the connection will be blocked until a top-up has been purchased or the start of the next billing period is reached.
What support will I receive? Telephone support is available 24/7. Please call us if you require an engineer visit.
