	Do I receive a static IP address? Yes, one. More are available on request.
	What is the minimum contract term? All broadband services are provided with a minimum term of 12 months.
	Are there any data transfer limits? Only with our MAX products. Unless stated otherwise there are no monthly transfer limits.
	What support will I receive? Telephone support is available 24/7. Please call us if you require an engineer visit.
	What DNS servers should I use with your broadband service? Use 195.74.113.58 and 195.74.113.62
	What telephone numbers should I use with your dialup service? Use any of the following: 0845 1121000 or 0845 1121250
