To support business growth by creating new sales opportunities within the defined target markets

 

Job description:

We have an immediate opportunity for a Sales Person to join our expanding business. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to work within a fast paced, highly motivated IT Consultancy Business.

The purpose of this role is to focus on new business generation, selling A2Z Computing’s services and solutions to new clients. 
The right candidate must be able to quickly determine the customers’ requirements and relate these directly to the products and service of the business.

This position is suited to an applicant with the desire to be part of a vibrant and progressive business.

Main duties and responsibilities:

•    Owning and achieving a New Business sales target
•    Leverage the companies’ collateral and content to forge awareness & Interest within the major UK sectors of, trade associations, membership organisations, education establishments and other new-targeted sectors as the business expands.
•    Lead telemarketing campaigns in line with the company's overall marketing strategy with a view of improving target audience understanding and insight
•    Client appointment setting
•    Event attendance and company representation
•    Attending Networking Events out of hours if required
•    Improve current CRM (MS Dynamics) insights on target market
•    Generate and close new business through client acquisition
•    Prospect clients aligned to targeted industry marketing campaigns
•    Work closely with marketing to support marketing strategy
•    Qualify opportunities. Assume responsibility for driving opportunities forward throughout the sales cycle to the point of closure
•    Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts to demonstrate successful progress on sales pipeline
•    Ensure all information is recorded in CRM and remain up-to-date
•    Build strong rapport with potential new clients, to understand their objectives and issues they are facing as a business
•    Deliver professional client presentations
•    Provide monthly reports on activities to Senior Management Team
•    Liaise with Senior Management Team to hand over appointment and discuss potential opportunities.
•    Represent the companies interests in key target markets
•    Identify key event opportunities

Qualifications & Relevant experience:

•    Ambitious and tenacious personality
•    Ability to demonstrate working and succeeding in a sales environment
•    Ability to work with targets

•    Have own car, clean Licence    

•    Opportunity to gain the respect of the management team and create a long term position with genuine opportunity to lead a sales team
•    Overall understanding of outbound marketing techniques
•    Comfortable making outbound telephone calls
•    5+ years in sales preferable

Compensation:

•    Salary (prove you can bring it in) + Commission 
•    Highly achievable commission based on qualified appointments (Uncapped earning potential)
